On our 2nd day of hiking around the Matterhorn area, we had to walk to the Schönbielhütte in order to have a place to sleep for the night. After arriving and taking some pictures during sunset, we decided to also check the sunrise the next day. And what a sunrise it was!

The morning light crept up over the mountains in the distance, casting these beautiful sun rays over the valley below us, as well as illuminating the side of the Matterhorn, making it radiate. It was a picturesque view and a great way for us to start another day of hiking!
